General Terms.

Here you will find my general terms and conditions.

Richrath EFT Lösung carries out coaching and consulting in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Upon placing the order (payment), these terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted. Deviations from these terms and conditions must be agreed in writing. By taking out a subscription to the Expressive Art Space, you are entering into a service contract with Richrath EFT Lösung, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The subject of the contract is therefore the provision of the agreed services, not the achievement of a specific success. Please note that I work as a mentor, coach and trainer and do not have a healing license. I do not diagnose or treat illnesses.

It is possible that topics may arise during the calls that you may not have expected and that require further therapeutic measures (e.g. in the form of trauma therapy). I decline any responsibility for this. It is your own responsibility to check whether the program or course in its existing form offers the right framework for the self-help I strive for.

Subscription Expressive Art Space

By subscribing to Expressive Art Space you will receive access to the content of the Expressive Art Space platform.

For the Expressive Art Space your subscription can then be canceled on a monthly basis. You can request the cancellation via bodyfullsounds@gmail.com.

Participation in the live calls is not required for the subscription, nor is participation fundamentally tied to the use of a microphone or camera.

However, by taking out a subscription you generally agree that the calls will be recorded and saved in the call library where they can be viewed by visitors to the platform.

If you are invited to participate as a guest and are not bound to take out a subscription to the platform, by participating in the call you agree that this call will be recorded and stored in the library.

FEES

The subscription fee for the Expressive Art Space platform is between 89 and 159 € per month (according to your memebership tier. Participation can be cancelled monthly.

Failures etc.

As a coach, I am entitled to postpone the agreed call dates within a reasonable period of time in the event of force majeure. This also includes your own obstacles to performance that have arisen due to illness, accident or similar.

If you don’t have internet at the scheduled call time, you can watch the recording in the library.

If I don’t have internet, I will record a video as a call and upload it to the library.

Privacy Policy

The contractual partners will treat all knowledge of trade secrets or information designated as confidential acquired as part of the contractual relationship as confidential for an unlimited period of time. By taking out a subscription or visiting as a guest, you agree to audio and video recordings for the purpose of storage and availability for visitors to the platform (see above).

By registering, you agree that I collect your data (personal data, booked events, etc.) in compliance with data protection regulations and can use it for my own purposes (advertising, information about new offers, etc.). Your data will not be passed on to third parties. You can find out more in my privacy policy.

Miscellaneous

Offer and price changes as well as changes to the general terms and conditions remain reserved.

Right of withdrawal

Since some of the products I offer are digital goods (electronic literature, software, audio and video files), they are excluded from the right of withdrawal in the Distance Selling Act (Section 312d Paragraph 4 Item 1 BGB) as they are not suitable for return due to their nature. However, this does not come into effect if a return guarantee is stated on the sales page.
